This is an embarrassing question, but I can’t ask the only expert I know! A family member made me and my husband a beautiful quilt. Is it appropriate to use it as a blanket on our bed or will that damage it? I don’t have any wall to hang it up on, though I do think it’s a work of art. She says it’s machine washable. I’d appreciate the fluther community’s opinions!
