Some scientists claim that the universe can have up to 10 dimensions part two, and I was wondering if we have 3-D t.v.‘s now that it might be possible one day to have all 10 dimensions in one final evolution of T.V. . What do you think a 10 dimensional television would be like?

Would be really awesome. I don’t know how they can make it possible but commo’on… think of how great this can be.

I love trying to visualize hyperdimensions but it is, as far as I know, impossible. The best we can do is extrapolate.

A sphere passing through a 2 dimensional plane would appear as a series of circles, growing increasingly large until the diameter, then shrinking. So we can only conclude that a four-dimensional hypersphere would appear to us as a series of spheres. Trying to imagine ten dimensions, though? [Brain explodes]

I have one. It was made by a company with a Chinese name and was delivered from Amazon last week. It is 10D all right and requires a special helmet to view. Things went wrong as I was taking it out of the box and it a sort of kept unfolding and growing until it filled the lounge. I can’t get the door open now and Amazon say they know nothing about it.

WelI…I don’t think you can confine 10 different dimensions into one nice looking flat screen, that’s all I know.

@talljasperman Ahh, if only science fiction were reality…how fun life would be. :)

@Keep_on_running It would be fun until one got the bill for an hours worth of Holodeck privileges. Then again maybe a 10-D TV would be no different than actual reality with time travel to anything, anywhere, anytime : ) .
