What languages do you have fluency in? What’s your favorite out of all of them? Can you type a sentence or more using that language here? Should be fun, heehee.

I can fumble my way around American English a bit. That’s about it – even after 2 years of French in high school and 2 years of Spanish in college. It’s embarrassing, really. I have promised myself that I will learn Spanish before I kick it.

@JLeslie I do remember the Portuguese word for “pussy” (sounds like bleeka?). Some Brazilian guys at a restaurant I used to work at used it like every other word, so it was the only thing I picked up. I would just open the back door and yell “BLEEKA!” to get their attention.

English (duh), some French, I plan on being fluent in Russian within 3 years or so (still studying on an intermediate level), and I can read Latin.
I can also say “Yo quiero Taco Bell!”

@AshLeigh Quite agree! Annoyingly, my BSL and your ASL would mean we would struggle to communicate with each other despite our competencies… It amazes me that there are so many dialects to sign language even within my own country… you’d think that it could somehow be a universal language really, wouldn’t you?!
