It’s an isometric joystick used as a pointing device. It’s embedded between the ‘G’, ‘H’ and ‘B’ keys, and the mouse buttons are placed just below the Spacebar.

I find it useless in nearly any situation. But I thought I’d ask anyway. What have I been missing out on?
