Then I think probably go to a doctor, but only a neurologist can test the muscles and nerve conduction. i hate to say I think they will find nothing, but on theoff chance it is something serious or degenerative it would have been worth it. Of course we are only going by your description, you can’t rely on an internet diagosis.
I was having thum twitching several months sgo, went on for a long time at times, but I had been cheating with caffieine (I quit many years ago, but cheat on andoff, especialy in the last two years). I quit again and it stopped. I was pretty nervous because I have other muscle troubles that are undiagnosed, doctors tell me I am normal, and I am far from normal.
Oh, Vitamin D and Iron seem to help my muscle troubles, I have no idea if they actually do, but there seems to be a correlation. But, I am dificient in both typically, really dificult to keep my numbers up in the normal ranges.
