For Star Wars nerds: Why would George Lucas name the desert-dwelling merchants of Tattooine "Jawa's" - isn't that a little too close to Jews to be a coincidence?
Seriously, wasn’t that a very poor choice on his part? I can see people just lining up to be offended by the similarity. Has he ever been called out on this?
