I saw it in Sacramento, California. It’s about 25 feet tall. It’s deciduous. The Autumn leaves are yellow. The leaf has 3 lobes, each ending in a sharp point.There is a vein running from the stem to the tip of each point. It looks like a cutout of the silhouette of a stylized tulip. (I did try to find it in a Google search, but failed.)
