What is the difference between "remove" and "not interested"?

Good question. I’m guessing one is to say you don’t want to answer this question and the other that you don’t want this topic flagged for you. Don’t know which is which though.

Not interested changes your profile, and remove just removes the question!

but I thought they never change your profile?

They just send fewer questions like the one your not interested in! They don’t change your profile! If you hold your cursor on them it will explain.
