I love pizza (and I’m a vegetarian) so I have a few different favorite combos.
Fresh mushrooms, any kind really, but I love to have a mixture of shiitake, portobello and buttons.
Sundried tomatoes, feta cheese and fresh basil.
Jalapenos.
Broccoli, mushrooms and kale (which is put on during the last 5 minutes, so it crisps up but doesn’t burn).
Cheese with fresh garlic, then after the pizza is taken out of the oven, pile on some fresh spring greens salad mix.
