I could go out and buy some chocolate candy, but I want to make some, at home, by myself. I will try some of your recipes. So, who has a recipe that is quick, easy and tastes great?

NO COOK FUDGE

7 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar
⅓ c. pecan pieces, optional

Melt butter. Stir in cocoa and blend well. Add egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in sugar (about a cup at a time). Add nuts. Press into buttered 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan. Chill 15 minutes and serve.

Personally, I would not use raw eggs in anything, any more.

Here’s another recipe

@gailcalled Good call!

There’s a recipe that has Fluff in it (the marshmallow stuff) that you don’t need to cook and is delicious! You can probably look it up.

@gailcalled There are pastuerized eggs, but I too am hesitant I must admit to use raw eggs. I buy the pasteurized ones when my husband is in the mood for over easy eggs.

Easiest [I did it as a kid and annoyed the camp counselors and kitchen staff] is pour just a drop of hot water in your cup of cocoa powder and stir
