Make that 7. I;m following it too. About 4 years ago, I bought a hand held shower head complete with a diverter valve so you could switch the flow to the main shower, the hand held, or a combination of each. It was advertised as an hand held shower, douche, enema. It has a 6 foot hose and ends in a 4” long white plastic hand-grip with a stainless steel 90ยบ elbow leading to a stainless head about 1” long. The tip is tapered in at the end, and has a recessed stainless wire mesh that produces a pleasingly dispersed but concentrated flow if held away from the body. But it can fit into tight spaces for very intimate washing. It’s great for cleaning the critch, spraying off the rear after a BM, cleaning the bottoms of the feet and other creative uses. But no pulsation in the flow.
I tried to find a link to it in Google and came up empty handed. And without the pulsing slow, Im not sure even it’s rather forceful streat would bring you the clean release you are looking for.
I definitely look forward to other prurient, perverted plumbing professionals sharing their prurient perceptions..
