Can I export Speeddial settings to another OS?

“Great Question” (0points)

I use XP on one DH, Ubuntu on another (which I connect externally via power/data cable).
I have had the time to customise my firefox on XP, but now that I’ve restored my long lost ubuntu OS I’d very much like to avoid spending the time manually configuring certain add-ons, rather than just for instance saving the settings and downloading them in a single file on XP and then just opening them up and “installing” them on Ubuntu.
Is this possible?
I’d like to do this with :
(in order of importance)
-SpeedDial
-LastPass (or Sxipper, if still possible)
– ReadItLater
etc..

Firefox has an addon that does exactly that. I don’t remember what it is. I use Opera that has the sync function built in, but I’m sure you could quickly google it.
