What can I clean my lip piercing with on the go?

I got my lip piercing done today, well basically it was yesterday since it’s 2am Thursday but anyway. I am going out today(Thursday 26th) and like I was wondering what can I clean my piercing with on the go.

Like my roommate got his lip piercing and he told me the day after he went clubbing and the smoke in there slowed his healing process down. So he told me if I am going to clubs, just clean my piercing asap.

So I thought I might bring along some cleaning solution with me but the thing is I don’t know what cleaning solution I can use for the outside of my lip on the go.

Does anyone know what I can use on the go to clean my lip piercing on the outside(preferably also inside) and is sort of small like I can put it in a pocket or purse?

Did like the piercing artist not talk about treatment for your freshly being pierced lip?
That strikes me as odd, as like a certified piercer would surely do exactly that, I assume.
Anyway, since he probably didn’t, I think it is wise like going back to the shop and buy a small bottle of desinfectant/sterilizing liquid.

@rebbel He did talk about the treatment. He gave me a antibacterial soap to clean the outside and seasalt to rinse my mouth with. But I didn’t ask for a ‘on the go’ product, because it slipped my mind when I got pierced. So I was wondering if there is anything I can buy in the drug store to use as a ‘on the go’ cleaning solution etc.

Oh and I don’t really want to go back to the shop, travel time takes an hour by train, two hour to go and come back.

I don’t know where you are or if you have access to this, but what I used on my piercing was something called H2Ocean, which was recommended to me by the piercer and can be bought at most tattoo/piercing parlors, if you don’t want to go back to the one that you got pierced at.

@Fly I live in The Netherlands, I’m not sure if there’s H2Ocean here. But I guess I can try to see if they have any. Thanks though!

My local studio recommends these for the aftercare of new piercings :3 Pretty convenient for on the go!! Link You should be able to order online or ask at your local studios! Good luck and happy modding ;)

Small listerine bottle for the inside, just warm water and soap for the outside.
