@Adirondackwannabe I’ve noticed a lot of odd modding since last night.

It’s a tough call, because it’s such a sweet gesture. We used to allow the occasional hug thread, but they got out of hand so we started modding them. Even though there hadn’t been one in a while, we thought we should be consistent and remove hers as well. Sorry, guys.
We did give her a hug in the editing notes, though.

I’m sincerely not wanting to dispute the system here, or bitch and criticize at all; I’m seriously genuinely curious. How come we can have ’‘nonsense’’ threads but not hug threads? Is it because otherwise, there are too many hug ones? I do remember back when it was allowed that there were plenty of them…(edit; oh wait that IS why. Sorry. Nevermind lol)
Again, just wondering, not complaining at all here. But I will mass hug everyone in here, haha.

I have to say, it wasn’t just removed either. A question was asked about ‘should we leave it there or not’. I was in take it down camp. I felt this way because we have taken down other (also favourite) jellies ‘let’s have a hug’ questions and what if it had been a new jelly? Someone we don’t all lurve as much as @MilkyWay? Should we leave them there too?

If we aren’t consistent, it just becomes unmanageable.

@Bellatrix GA I was a little harsh in asking this, althought I’m glad I did. I learned a bit and it made for some fun. You guys do an awesome job.

@Bellatrix Well, aye. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t even be on here if the rules applied to some, but not others. The consistency is, of course, a good way to go.

I still don’t understand. What rule or principle was broken? What was the infraction? Do we have a list?

Excellent job mods. I’ve had my run ins with the mods as well, but 99% of the time I’m wrong 100% of the time.
