Does anybody know which anti-psychotics cannot be used in a wilderness program due to the concern of heat exhaustion?

This will be a problem with most neuroleptic (anti-psychotic) meds. There are certain ones that have less of an anticholinergic affect than others, but it remains a risk across the board. Professionally, I would have some concerns about a person on antipsychotics going on a wilderness program that requires physical activity and minimal access to shade or cool water and a hospital in case of an adverse reaction. Absolutely check with a doctor for a medication assessment and a determination if this is a feasible program for a neuroleptic-taker.
