My apology in advance if this answer is too late for your needs.

According to TripAdvisor, Southbeach Biloxi Hotel & Suites is the best rated out of 45 hotels there. What it comes down to though is the amenities that you desire. It’s worth doing the research and reading the previous guests’ reviews.
