I really like a few of the Stouffer’s frozen dinners. The real deal, not Lean Cuisine. I like their lasagna with meat sauce, swedish meatballs, fettucine alfredo, beef macaroni, beef with peppers, and the chicken a la king. I also like a few brands frozen pizzas, and sometimes I eat frozen chicken tenders or fish fillet. I probably eat a frozen meal 2–3 times a week. I don’t worry about sodium at all, but I agree they are high in sodium usually. By the way, not a dinner, but InnovAsian frozen sticky rice is amazing! Microwave in a couple minutes. I even use it to make “homemade” sushi. It is in the section where the PF Changs frozen is, someone mentioned Changs above, I think the PF Changs frozen is disgusting. Whenever I buy an Asian frozen to try, I take out half the sauce. Gross.
I eat a candy bar once a month at the most. It’s more like several candy bars right after Halloween and Easter (half price candy) and then none for months.
I eat fast food about 6–10 times a year, but it is mostly when on vacation, so it isn’t a regular once a month thing. Rather a stop during the 8 hour drive to Indiana, and then once while in Indiana possibly, but not necessarily
Eat out at a restaurant? While at home it is once a week. When on vacation or out of town (usually I am away about 6 times a year 5–7 days at a time) I eat at restaurants of some sort 2 meals a day.
Order food in? Never, except when I am in NYC, and even then maybe it all adds up to 3–4 times in a year.
Eat dessert food (ice cream, cake, pie, etc.)? Once a week at most.
