What types of processes can you run, to keep a computer "healthy"?
I use CCClean by hellstrong often, I also have a cache cleaner from a 3D game I use. I mostly use my computer for virtual gaming and panel design. I also defrag, not sure how often I should, and I do a disk wipe now and then. Is there anything else I can do?
