Is it possible to create a three meals a day menu that you could eat every single day?
I’m just curious if it would be possible to create a menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner that you could eat every single day for the rest of your life.
It would have to contain the perfect amount of calories, as well as the correct dose of vitamin, iron, omega 3, protein, and everything else the body needs.
Would it be possible to create such a menu? even if you needed to go to extremes with a recipe calling for things such as 3 peas, 1 slice of carrot, 10% of an egg, etc.
