@CrazyEmo Unlikely. It sounds more like she is ill or has an internal problem. Are her eyes clear? Is she sneezing, wheezing? Upper respiratory infections are common in kittens. Also, it is possible she has a disease called F.I.P. feline infectious peritonitis. It is a mutation of the Corona virus that most kittens get with no side effects. Common in very young cats, especially is she came from a cat crowded environment with poor sanitation issues.
Symptoms are lethargy, low to no appetite, and weight loss. It is incurable and they live about one month before dying. There is no treatment, sadly.
In the “wet” form you may notice bloating in the belly area, in the “dry” form the internal organs are effected without the fluid retention. I can only guess at some possibilities, you really, really, need to take her to the vet.
