Experience in this sense means things you’ve actually done, usually for long enough to get good at them.

As far as “interests” that’s generally a place to show other areas you spend your time, but there’s no real rules for it. If you’re interested in volunteer work, but have never done it, you may want to leave it off. Or be prepared to be asked about it in an interview.

Pull attention to other areas of the application where you shine, and just be up front that you’re looking for your first job but eager to get started. Concentrate on what you can do for the employer instead of what they can do for you.

No. That wouldn’t be ethical. Why not go and do the volunteer work? Then you can put it on your resume.

Have you done babysitting, dog walking, helped out an uncle/aunt etc. in their workplace? Were you a prefect or a team leader at school? Are you a member of a club where you are one of the organisers or you take a lead role?

Think about things you have done in a non-paid capacity and include them to demonstrate your strengths. Good luck with your job hunting.

The whole point of a resume is to show how prior experience prepares you for the job. If you list jobs you are interested in, for the sake of showing off your interests, you’re likely going to make it look like you aren’t interested enough in the job you actually apply for.
