Basically I need to know if I can use images generated from this Japanese website for free or not, and if so if I have to attribute the website. I ran this text through a google translate but I’m still not sure…

At least for me, your Google Translate link comes up empty.

Not sure which of the 3 listed products you’re using – but the terms of use explicitly say any text/content created with “RPG Maker VX” needs to have this link embedded:「http://junkhunt.net/vx/ JUNKHUNT」
They do not require you to contact them for approval before use, but do require that you credit the images to the site.
