What type of work are you looking for? Any specific fields? That would certainly be helpful information so that you can get better answers. For now, though, I will answer broadly.
I really liked internmatch.com. You can narrow down internships by paid/unpaid, location, type of work, etc. They generally match internships to your requirements very well, and it will send reminders to you about deadlines which I found very helpful.
Internships.com is a similar site that has a huge database of internships, but it doesn’t match things to your search qualifications very well and is not very user-friendly, in my opinion. It would be most helpful if you’re not looking for something very specific.
Depending on what type of work you’re looking for and what your qualifications are, you could look at government jobs. Usajobs.gov can tell you all of the government jobs available in a given area and in a field of work, and you apply to these jobs through the same website. Having everything on one site is very helpful if you are applying for multiple jobs, as it saves all of your information, your resume, etc.
The Department of Labor also launched a new site this year called Summer Jobs+. It helps you find jobs and internships with the government at places that are specifically looking to hire high school, undergraduate, and graduate students. I found my summer internship through this site. The listings are technically meant for summer jobs, but many of these companies, agencies, etc. will be looking for interns for the school year after all of their summer interns have left.
Your school will likely also have some resources than can help you find internships.
