I’ve never vomited from disgust – too much exposure to dead bodies, maggots, and rotten meat, I suppose. (I’ve come close from a mechanical gag reflex, but that’s a different issue.)

Certain smells.

Smell of barf.

The surest way to make me barf is to force-feed me a glass of ordinary milk.

Just about anything having to do with feces puts me right there. It doesn’t take much to push me over the brink, either. I worked in nursing for years, and I always heard “eh, you get used to it, you don’t even notice after a while.” Yeah right. Eyeballs, guts, blood, vomit, urine… whatever. Doesn’t affect me at all. A little bit of poop and I am gagging all over the place.

Feacal vomit is about the only thing that gives me the urge to hurl. (Although as harded professional I can care for someone vomitting feaces while looking like it doesn’t bother me at all.)

I haven’t vomited since I was probably 10 years of age (I’m 24 now) so I can’t think of anything that I’ve come across so far in my life that would actually make me hurl. There are things that make me gag, yes, but not to the point where I would throw up.

Same as @Mama_Cakes. The smell of vomit makes me vomit. This was a problem as a child because if someone else vomited, I was sure to upchuck after. Though I have poor gag reflexes in general.

Poo smells.

Well, ipecac is pretty fast acting.

I had a friend once just threw up just from the sound of throwing up. It was fascinating.
