Also, I can palm the floor or I can put my hands at the back of my ankles & have my face go to my knees (looking behind myself. I do push ups by walking my hands down from that postions, during my workout, too.
Yes, easily. I can do this even with my workboots on, and touch the floor under my toes without bending my knees. do those stretches so that I don’t cramp up. I’m a flexible guy.
I hyper-extend my knees so they almost go in the opposite direction, which PT therapists had told me a bad thing to do, but it’s what I do, how I stand, how I bend. When my shoes are off, I can just about palm the floor, but with big, bulky sneakers on I can just hit my toes.
No and it has always really bummed me out! When I was heavy into martial arts I was able to but only after months and months of stretching every single day and as soon as I stopped doing that it went away!
I can’t even bend over and touch my knees. I have a terrible time trying to cut my toe nails because I can’t get my foot close enough to my hand to do it, and when I do manage, I can’t squeeze the nail clippers hard enough to cut the nail.
