Depends. Usually once a month, but I had asked my waxer how often it “should” be done, and her response was 2 – 3 weeks. But my hair doesn’t grow that fast. And sometimes I go 6 weeks apart. So it is really going to depend on how fast your hair grows back.
Waxing made me get the worst breakouts. So I get threaded. Nether regions, I shave (sometimes). Legs are hairy. So what it’s blond. I think waxing is very hard on the skin.
I don’t wax now but I used to get it done every 3–4 weeks. I didn’t find it that painful. I’m not sure whether I have a high pain threshold or if I got used to it. It’s more painful if you have it done around the time of your period apparently.
About once a month in the summer, and almost never the rest of the year. My cerologist tells me shaving 9 months of the year undoes the benefits of waxing, but it saves me $ so I’m ok with it.
