I got a tube of Premarin from my pharmacist, mostly because I have some dryness and pain on intercourse. My goal was to use it on the vulva area only but I see it comes with a vaginal dispenser. The stroke and heart negative side effects have kind of put me off using it. OK the question

Can I use it just as a rub on cream in that area?

I am turning 50 so presume at this stage I am peri menopausal?

Would it help with a slight tear I have there? As this was also the reason I purchased it.

Premarin is an estrogen cream. Any feedback will be appreciated
