“Just for Today”.

I used to have this on my old phone at start up. It reminded me to try my best, be my best, give of myself, take care of myself, deal with issues, and do things as best I can Just for Today. I used to really live by that. When times got tough it helped to remind me that I could actually make today special. In some way. I can remember going through bad days and saying to myself, OK, well is today a great day or not? It“s up to me.

I had forgotten that saying and how it kept me going. until I switched on that phone again recently. It had the very same effect on me. I am using two phones at the moment, so am using that old one again daily. I am so glad it is there to remind me.
