To lose weight, you should eat food that will make you feel full LONGER with less calories! Some meats stir fried with little oil, baked, or roasted!

Lean ground beef
Turkey
Ground Turkey
Egg whites with 1 egg
Wheat toast
Turkey sausage
Whole grain ego waffle
People say eat brown rice instead of white rice but I don’t think there’s too much of a difference. Brown rice has a BIT more nutrients than white rice and a bit more calories. It’s supposed to make you feel full longer but I don’t feel the difference, plus I like white rice way better. I think it does make a difference to your insulin levels if you are diabetic.

For a workout, if you’re trying to lose weight I’d do a mix of cardio and LIFTING weights. Building more muscle means burning more fat. I don’t know if you’re a girl or not but most girls are scared to build muscle and get bulky. It’s takes SO MUCH hard work and dedication to get big muscles so you don’t have to worry. To build muscles you have to eat over maintenance and lift heavy.

I used it to try to gain weight and it worked! You just type in what you ate and it shows the calories. It also has a recipe calculator for food you cooked. My cousin didn’t count calories and lost weight just by eating smaller portions, working out, and eating a bit healthier. She did cheat on the weekend (one meals for the two days).
