@twiggles90 Let us know what the orthopedic doc says. Did you ever have very bad pain at the back of the shoulder, more down where the birdie/angel bone is? That also is typically neck related. But, I think it is most likely the muscles and tendons in your shoulder. Have you been lifting heavy things? You need to not strain the muscle, while also being sure to use it in it’s full range. You said you had PT, so I guess they did exercises with you for that. I’m frustrated with my situation too, so I empathesize. But, what keeps me thinking it will be alright is I had a back injury many years ago and it took 9 months to get better. 9 long painful aggravating months. But, it did get better, all better. I think what finally did the trick was I went to live with my MIL and she did all the chores. She did all my laundry, all the cooking, and all the cleaning. But, the back problen was all muscular. With my new neck and shoulder how I prefer to sleep makes my shoulder hurt, it sucks. So, every night I think I aggravate the area.
