I use an Android App called “Out of Milk” for shopping, and I can report it’s brilliant. It not only lets me make a shopping list or to-do list. It has a section for me to list what is in my pantry and how much. I can scan in bar codes of items I have on hand, so when I get to the store and wonder whether I have any milk, I can look on my phone.
As a bipolar person, tracking my moods is important. I found a good app called “eMoods” for that. It has several different functions including moods, notes, and medications taken. At the end of the month, I can email it to my doctor.
