What website allows you to draw your own e-card?

There is a website where you can draw a little story, or just simply draw, and when you are done, it replays your story/drawing/picture from the beginning showing the strokes.

I want to use this to make someone a birthday card, but I forgot which website I used years before.

Someecards let’s you create your own custom ecards. I think that’s also the site that people use to make a lot of those funny ecard posts you see on Facebook.
