Hello All,

A friend’s father has doctor appointments, home health care, prescriptions to be picked up and myriad other items to keep track of.

His adult children like to help out driving to appointments and simply making sure Dad has somebody around fairly often.

Can you recommend a good shared calendar so everybody can easily see what’s on Dad’s agenda?

I picture this:
—Everybody can see the upcoming schedule from a smartphone or web page
—Everybody can add events and edit events
—It is REALLY easy and intuitive to use, if it’s even a teeny bit complicated people won’t use it

Any recommendations of tools you like (or don’t like) for this?

My family shared a google calendar when my grandmother was in her end-of-life stage so that we could keep track of her appointments and who was visiting her when. It worked well for our family.

We created a new calendar and login, and shared it among all family members who would be using it.

The standard == Google Calendar.

As for recommended tools per platform:
– Windows -> Chrome browser
– Android -> Calengoo (but there are so many great calendars on Android)
– iPad/iPod/iPhone -> Calengoo (again, other options as well as built-in iOS calendar can sync with Google Calendar)

One more vote for google calendar. It can be used on a computer and on an Android device. I assume it can be used on iPhone, too, but I don’t have personal experience with that.
