I have to go out shopping in a bit for todays dinner. It feels like I always eat the same thing over and over week in and week out, and I would like some tasty recipes for something new, so I thought I would ask here.

Keep in mind I live in Spain, it is winter here, and I may not be able to get some of the things you can find with ease.
