No you don’t. So what? If you want to play, then play. Exercise will change your fingers’ morphology and lessons and practice will make it possible for you to overcome any physical disadvantages. You should see what my son can do, and he’s only 13. He got my fingers, too, not my wife’s long, flexible fingers. Mine don’t look that different from yours, except they look male.

Check on a keyboard. Can your hand span reach an octave? Are your fingers very nimble? Do you read music? If you’re just interested in how they ‘look’, it really doesn’t matter. Just keep them neat and well groomed.
