2 oz Bacardi light rum
juice & hull of one lime
a couple sprigs of fresh mint
1 or 2 teaspoons simple syrup
crushed ice

In a Collins glass, muddle (smash) the mint with the lime juice and sugar. Add the rum and the lime hull and let steep a couple minutes. Top with crushed ice and Pelletrino, stir to mix.
