Do you have to be enrolled in some type of schooling (high school/college) in order to be able to take the ACTs?
I just graduated high school. I would like to re-take the ACTs just to be safe. However, I’m not starting college just yet. Would I still be able to re-take the ACTs?

Yes.
Why are you retaking them “just to be safe”? Are you putting off college applications until you’re happy with your score? Because if you’ve already been accepted, your ACT’s don’t matter anymore.

I suggest you look at the ACT requirements of the colleges that interest you. If your score is good enough to get you into those colleges, you need not waste your money in trying to get a higher score.
