@filmfann “The moment of Jody Fosters boob is from a movie where her character is raped. She isn’t actually raped. There is a huge difference.”
I think what you’re saying here is that the link shows a different scene from The Accused (i.e. a scene in which she happens to be nude, but not that scene), and you may be right about that – I can’t find a link for “nude” and “The Accused” that isn’t on a site called something like “forcedsexsceneshere.com”. I am curious to know which scene it was. But to be honest with you, no I don’t think there is a difference. There is something really disturbing about replaying scenes from a movie to giggle over an actress’s body when the movie is about her being raped. You shouldn’t have to reach very far for the analogy. If you have any respect for the actress in that role, don’t use this performance for tittilation. Just don’t.
The scenes linked in the link provided by @Imadethisupwithnoforethought include a scene from The Accused, not a topless scene from Nell. My comments were about that link, not about MacFarlane’s song. I will say that MacFarlane could, without difficulty, have come up with enough examples of Hollywood actresses who bared their breasts without a few of those examples being from movies in which the leading characters were raped. He made stupid choices.
