“I’m crazy”. How a client introduced himself to me. He was a paranoid schizophrenic. I think I’m ballpark okay. I have my off days though.

Anxiety. Didn’t realize how bad it was until I didn’t have it anymore due to meds. Now that I can see the contrast I’m pretty confident I did have some kind of diagnosable anxiety in the past.
