Is it a waste of time to wait for 1080p video to buffer if your laptop has a1366x738 resolution?
We have an argument at my place of work.
I say it is useless to watch a video in 1080p instead of 720p if your computer has a 1366×738 resolution. Several people have told me regardless whether a screen can display the higher resolution, it is best to download and watch the 1080p video as it will be better quality.
Who is right ?
