You are probaly known with the television channel TLC in your countries too?
In the Netherlands they also air; it is mainly (I believe) directed at female viewers (if I go by the programs they put on; clothing, health, cooking, human interest, etc.).
Lately they advertise their channel by showing acronyms that (supposedly) cover their content.
Think Less Conventional, That Looks ~~Chic~~ Cheap (about a fashion show program), etc.
Can you make up a new one?!
