Ah, I read a little more about that and find my initial assumption is incorrect. That’s not built into the USB controller (there are some SUB drives like that with security built into the controller). This is a program that lets you carve out some of the space on a thumb drive as a secured partition.
You’d have to run it first to configure/define that partition with its password before anything would be protected.
It does not seem likely you could get around a secured partition and encryption by just deleting something.
What you deleted might be the Rohos program itself that would let you make that secured partition.
