Does anyone use an exercise app? Which one is the best?

Hi All! I’m just wondering if anyone uses an exercise app to keep them motivated and work towards long terms fitness and weight loss goals?

I’ve searched on my iphone for them and found quite a few but I’m specifically looking for one which will help me get motivated and work towards long term goals. I’ve very much a reward driven person rather than punishment, so I think short, medium and long terms goals and rewards are important. And I’d like to be able to do a range of different exercises, walking, home DVDs, some gym work perhaps and some exercise with free weights in my home.

I don’t have time every day to go to the gym, so it would need to be flexible. I am not a runner and have bad knees and history of arthritis in my family so I don’t really want to start running, but open to other things.

Can anyone help?
