How do I stop the boomeranging in the following video?

During rerun if the video, I try to go to where he starts to talk, but it keeps going back to where it was.

As far as I can tell, on the link you give, the video no longer exists, so your question is now moot.

Here it is. I checked it.
Man controlled by satellites….(no quotation marks) calls 911 one hundres times.

@flo I have been having a lot of trouble with YouTube lately. It’s been giving me problems with simply loading a video. I try refreshing and everything and it just doesn’t work. In the end, you just have to wait for that grey buffer bar to get there, but lately it can’t even load a segment of the video.

Thanks @dxs. But I have had this experience other than with YouTube. Once in while a podcast of an interview or something on a radio station, or some CDs I try to listen to (in the CD compartment in the computer) while I’m doing this for example.
