I’m writing a book report on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens by Sean Covey. I’m typing a word document and as the title of the report I want it to say something along the lines of “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens” by Sean Covey, Book report by me. But what is the correct way to do this? Underline, italicized, quotation marks, commas? Should the authors name be under the title and should I just put my name in the corner of the paper? Please help.
