I can’t seem to find the option to change the language on Pages. I am writing some documents in spanish and would like auto correct to work for spanish as well and to correct my accents, is there a ways to do that?

More involved than I could explain, go to CNET.com. Ask the question there, they have a review from a couple years ago to fix the spellchecker.

If you are on an iPad or iPhone you would have to change the keyboard you’re using to Spanish.
Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard.

If you’re on a Mac you open the Inspector and click the icon at the top of the window that looks like a ”T” and click “More” and then at the bottom you can open a drop down menu and choose your language.
