Any way to take a photo from Pages and put it in iPhoto?

I have some Pages documents that have photos on them, that I would like to put into my iPhoto Library. Is this possible?

open the pages file, then drag the picture onto the iPhoto icon.

when koesac says drag it on the iphoto icon, he means the icon of iphoto in the dock, it should darken before you release the picture on the icon. this will let you know its going to work

It doesn’t import when you drag onto the iPhoto icon on the dock….
