[NSFW] There was an article I read in the newspaper about 12 years ago of kids (between 7yr—11yr) video taping themselves and passing the tape around. What if those kids got the ideal of turning a buck by filming themselves in various sex acts, going online to those predator sites that point out the location of those convicted of sex crimes with a portable DVD player and the disc they burned hoping to make a sale; would they get in more trouble than the end buyer, or vise versa? Sooner or later the jig would be up and the secret would be out. Once they kids got exposed as oppose to any criminal charges (if any) would they owe taxes on the money if they sold more than $600 in product, even if it were illegal for them to produce it and sale it?
