I like the look. I haven’t bothered to read it to see if I like the content.

It looks like he’s using Belizio Regular Bold for his name and the serif text headlines.

The sans-serif font might be DejaVu Sans, but that’s a tougher call.

but a form of Clarendon is mentioned twice. This is a very common font with many variations [and has been extensively used in US government signage for many years as well as having been a common text book font in early 20th century.
