Deuterium occurs naturally in water, is the removal of it from the drinking supply healthy. Also Tritium

No, I would say that the removal of deuterium has zero effect on healthiness. It is very chemically similar to hydrogen, so it functions as a replacement in almost all reactions, to little effect.

Heavy water (water with deuterium) is fatal when it comprises about 50% of all water. In typical drinking water, however, only three-hundredths of one percent (0.03%) is heavy water.

Some people believe that higher concentrations of heavy water may be beneficial by helping to fight free radicals.
